with the needs of present-day living: an easy all-meal
wine amazingly pleasant and rewarding, well
digestible, fresh, harmonious and balanced.
Vines: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.
Training system and yield: Arched cane and spurred cordon130q/ha
Vinification: Controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats
twice daily pumping over for 8/10 days
Ageing: 5/6 months in stainless steel vats
Colour: Light ruby red.
Bouquet: Delicate yet clean-cut cherry-scented, young slightly vinous.
Flavour: Dry but with a pleasant smooth mouth feel
yet with a very light bitter aftertaste.
Alcohol level: 12% vol
Food matches: Soups, noodles or dry pasta Rice, light meats.
