
Custoza is ideal for making a fresh spumante wine
with fruity scents as a result of its grape varieties
(Tocai, Malvasia and also Cortese) enhancing their
primary aroma. The wine estate has opted for the
clean and zesty Brut version of this wine.
Vines: Trebbiano toscano, Garganega, Cortese, Durello.
Training system and yield: Gujot - 100q/ha
Vinification: Short maceration on the skins for a few hours,
controlled-temperature fermentation.
Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel vats followed by Charmat
processing
Colour: Light, vivid zesty and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Fresh and slightly fruity, It features the original
aroma of Custoza grapes and the fermentation after-taste.
Flavour: Dry, intense yet delicate.
Alcohol level: 12% vol
Food matches: Ideal a san aperitif and end-of-meal wine. Serve at 10°C.
